Why do you need a post repair inspection?

A study by the California Bureau of Auto Repair (BAR) of 1,315 repaired vehicles, where the cost of the repair exceeded $2,500, found that 551 of those repaired vehicles were billed for parts not put on the vehicle and labor not performed to those vehicles.  Consumer Fraud was performed in 42% of those repairs.  Unfortunately, the consumer fraud is not the most important issue.  Vehicle Safety is.
